Tracey was very kind and knowledgeable. I was able to make an appointment the same day. The ambiance is very relaxing.

I was very stiff and could barely move due to back pain and neck pain. The massage therapist concentrated on these areas as I requested. When she was done, my range of motion was significantly better. She also gave me suggestions to follow for the rest of the day.

I loved my therapist and my skin care technician. The front room did have some trash laying around and the receptionist were friendly. But they were a little loud and it did offset the calming mood of the spa environment.

I hated the hand and stone and even wrote a bad review on the grant ave Philadelphia,pa 10 mins away from my house. HOWEVER, the one on Columbus ave Philadelphia 30 mins away from me is AMAZING. Made me even signed up for a membership. That proves you can’t make a full judgement on one experience... different location different people .
