The place was clean the front desk area people were knowledgeable , helpful and I didn’t wait long to receive my massage

I felt relaxed and look forward to scheduling another appointment. I also appreciate how the therapist told me how to work on my problem areas at home. Very important they did not try to sell me products.

Hand and Stone is so comforting. The reception area is calming. The rooms are comfortable and the workers are all knowledgeable and friendly. I love coming here!

It was my boyfriends first massage and he felt very comfortable and happy with his massage! I also thought my therapist was amazing and will request her again!

Monica is fantastic and loyal to Hand and Stone. The relationship is with the therapist but EVERYONE at the front desk is personal, personable and anticipate my needs before I do. I do not know their names to say now but I know their faces and how they treat me at Columbus Avenue store in Philadelphia 19147!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Top-notch service
