The reception staff were very friendly and offered promotion products that are available. The massage room was very warm and relaxing. My massage therapist attended to my needs and concern especially when I asked for a pillow for my chest when I lay down because of my recent battle with breast cancer.

Tracy was very friendly and informative during my facial. She was very knowledgeable about skin care and products. Reception was very welcoming and nice and gulliairmo cas a great masseuse.

From the time I enter Hand & Stone Columbus Blvd. the staff is always so pleasant. I typically request Ashley Soto for my massage and she is always so pleasant and great at what she does. The reception staff & Ashley are what keeps me coming to this location.

The massage therapist Shirley met my specific need and really emphasized the area I needed the most work on. Judy the esthetician really made me understand the problems areas with my skin and how to remedy them.

The massage was amazing. The staff was very nice. I was constantly asked did i need water or to use the bathroom. They truly was concerned of my needs.

Sheridan was great! I had a sports massage and I know that’s harder work for a massage therapist. I really appreciated the level of pressure and she asked throughout how the pressure felt.
