Hand and Stone

Always room for improvement. Slightly dated, I have been member and coming for years and have never noticed anything new.

It is a nice facility and the staff is friendly and helpful. The massage therapist was very good and I feel relaxed and have less pain than I did when I went in yesterday.

Hand and stone is easy to book, and they made extra effort to help me reschedule when my Therapist had a family emergency. The check in/ check out is easy, and I very rarely wait more than 5min for my therapist.

Clean, calming environment

We had a couples massage; my husband was extremely satisfied with his therapist Helema - said she was the best thus far. My therapist did not apply as much pressure as desired for my upgraded deep tissue.

Guillermo was absolutely fantastic and I will be requesting him whenever I come in! He was kind, professional, and thorough. He really took his time on my problem areas and I felt better than I had in weeks afterward.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The therapist was kind and very good at her job. I felt relaxed and the treatment was incredible. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and it felt great on my neck, back and shoulders.

it was great...but the cost keeps going up and I don't like that.

Outcome was great

Mike was very professional and highly skilled in his craft. The receptionist was welcoming and understanding. The place was really clean and the room was relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely be returning soon.
