Hand and Stone

Ron was fantastic. I have never had a bad massage, but I have also never had one that so completely released the tension in my neck. It is 3 days later and I am still feeling the positive effects. Can't wait till my next appointment.

From the time I walked in until the time I walked out of Hand and Stone South Philadelphia my experience was warm and welcoming. My therapist was attentive and listened to my needs and executed an excellent massage. She is the reason I come back every month. I feel this is a great health benefit for my active lifestyle.

Everyone is so kind and extremely professional

The masseuse was awesome the esthetician I didn't get the full experience because I was running a half hour behind & the product mildly to moderately stung my face.. it was unpleasant.

The front desk staff is extremely friendly. The environment is calming. My massage therapist Tapring is amazing. She listens to my requests about a “light pressure” massage and she uses techniques so that i don’t get ticklish. She lets me relax and doesn’t talk during my massage. I like how she dims the lights and allows me to totally relax. I’m a member and i do think that $60 is a lot of money for a massage, especially because ive gotten them for $50 at Hand and Stone in the past. I probably won’t continue my membership for much longer because of the cost. I believe that there aren’t many other perks.

Customer service was great. I didn’t feel pressured into upgrading or buying products like I have at other Hand and Stone Locations

This was my first time getting a facial at hand and stone. I had a very relaxing facial. I will be returning!

It was very easy to book and I liked the reminders of my appointment. My therapist worked on my problem spots as well as a full body. My shoulders and back felt great the next day.

Cervar is excellent. Friendly but also respectful that this is "quiet time" for me
