I feel confident that the staff was knowledgeable and genuinely wanted a good experience for me, were not concerned about up-selling me. It was nice to have a guilt-free experience and offered suggestions instead of expectations for me to purchase things.

I really enjoyed the scalp massage and the foot towel massage!

Everything about the visit was good! The staff was pleasant and friendly! The massage therapist was amazing!

Have had services in four states in many different establishments as well as three countries.Many good therapists,but I would say perhaps two have been as talented as my current therapist at Hand and Stone.
