Julia is absolutely the best esthetician I have ever had

My first appointment a month ago left me slightly disappointed but I figured I'd give hand and stone another try. I was highly satisfied with the therapist I was assigned, and was shocked at how much better the experience was the second time around.

Both Peter and Elizabeth are professionals and it shows. Peter's massage was one of the best I've had in a long time, and Elizabeth is why I started my membership in the first place. Her ability to help me select the right products for my weirdly sensitive skin has made life much easier.

From moment I walked in door, staff was welcoming and accomadating. Very friendly. Massage Therapist was amazing!!! she addressed my specific issues, Requested just upper body work, took her time in working pain areas, kept communication open throughout session to without over talking. Awesome experience.

Each person I encountered treated me professionally and with great care. I felt comfortable and relaxed during each transition. I did not feel pressured to buy any service or product in addition to my ordered service. That I appreciated.

Julia was so friendly and personable. She was also so knowledgeable and helpful with all of the products and services. She put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. Tara in reception was also very nice.
