The aesthetician was nice and sweet and very good in what she did but the time wa shorter than expected. I also was recommended an additional service which in total i should have been in the room for over an hour and I was actually in the room for under an hour.

Every time I go to the Ridge Hill location the music tends to be off or turns off in the middle of the session. The music is part of the relaxing session and its annoying that it seems to always go off or they have issues with it. Again, this is not the first time this happened.

For a time, it was very difficult to get an appointment. The time available dates and times were not feasible for me nor were female therapists available. I had 3 appointments cancelled because the staff did not realize at the time the appointment was made that the therapist would not be available on the date. Otherwise, it has overall been a very good experience.

It is difficult to get someone to answer the phone, in order to book appointments. I’ve run into this issue multiple times.

I was very comfortable in this experience. Although I have been to several locations for a massage, I really enjoy the this location and comfortable atmosphere!! Satisfied leaves room for HIGHLY satisfied......

I feel there is always room for improvement. The massage was great but not the best I have ever received. I left satisfied with the service and will be a return customer.

There was only one receptionist working the front desk. When I was finally called to the counter, she thought I was checking OUT instead of END. There was just no personal touch. She was not rude, just not comforting.

I was billed $28.00, even though it was a treat from my daughter, I didn't realize it until I got home, spoke to my daughter abut it, and the receptionist billed my card for the tip, and not my daughter's. but she should have checked with the client before billing my card on file.
