It’s a great quick place but no lockers to put away your belongs, the bathroom looked a bit disorganized empty hand lotion by sink a few towels to dry hands looked disheveled. The sign out receptionist not enthused showed no interest in her job. Not very friendly

It’s difficult to make an appointment. As a member I don’t have any special lock in time. I have extra packages available because I can’t get in due to no availability.

can say it's very relaxing for that hours time you have someone taking care of you. It's a nice treat for women that need some me time.

Christmas music is highly unacceptable to be played anywhere, at any time. It is partial to a certain faith, one which everyone does not hold. It would not be acceptable to play devotional mosque music other than in a mosque. Christmas music is evil and should be eradicated from society. No one will complain that christmas music is NOT being played during a massage session. Poor, poor, choice to whoever made the decision to play such music in this environment.

my massage experience was fine, however my experience with getting appointments is very poor. I've had multiple appointments cancelled on me because therapists call out and additionally Ive have multiple appointments made over the phone, later to be told it wasn't in the system. I only return because I have a membership.

Facilities are fairly basic with no changing room, steam, etc. Making an appointment and availability are abysmal.

I'm satisfied with my treatments and therapist when I can get an appointment. My complaint is there are no massage therapist in the mornings in Ridge Hill, or all day on Mondays which work best for me.

When I was ready to check out with my gift card that was given as a gift the receptionist said that I had to pay extra which of course I did not because when I spoke to the man on the phone I let him know the gift card number and what I had and what I was going to use

I tried a facial for the first time. It was nice that it included the massage part- but I do not enjoy massage I liked the ambiance of the room and the ethetician was very capable/ professional- it just wasn't a relaxing experience for me personally. I would consider a mini-facial maybe sometime in the future if I had some problem areas on the face to address

Please fix and put the fountain in the waiting room back in service. It adds to the place signifcantly
