The Cost is too high. Should be more affordable across the board for everyone. The month to month idea is a good idea though.

I like aromatherapy, but there were no aromatic infusion in the waiting area or in the room or even offered. My therapist didn't seem to be very experienced.

I feel like while your waiting for your massage you should be in a room similar to the massage rooms. This room should have soft music and scented candles. It should also have a picture of water and or lemon water or both. This is my ideal waiting room and that of other massage places I've been. However, I won't leave because I like the professionals giving massages, especially Latoya. She is awesome!!

I did like the massage but the cream was somewhat greasy. What I didn't like was the ambiance or I should say lack of ambiance. The music was so soft I could hardly hear it. No hook or lockers for ones personal items, the room was bland and the sheets and blankets were not soft and so dull, no color. Did not help to relax me. It would have been nice ego have a robe. I was not introduced to any products to buy.

This survey doesn't take into account the fact that I have had more than one person. Lorna's products were great. Julio's too greasy. It took me way too long to make an appt. I emailed. No response. I had to call 3 times before a person picked up. Thanks for asking.

I truly enjoy visiting hand and spa for my eyebrow waxing because of the knowledge of Muddy who I always see. Takes her time and takes her time to carefully shape my eyebrow to the desired shape

The public should tip accordingly but a guideline of the price to tip shouldn't be posted.

I asked for a therapist with Trigger Point Therapy expertise. The receptionist on the phone assured me the therapist I would see had this experience. But when I got there it turned out he did not. I felt this was bait and switch

Berat was excellent...the room was hot, though. Also, no one answered the phone any of the times i called (like 6x went to voice mail). I put in a request online and someone called me a few days later. If you're going to have online service, it should be to actually reserve the appt vs put in a request for one.
