Locations in one of the five boroughs would be ideal. Traveling to Westchester is a hassle because the subway does not run there.

Maybe she was new,I had to suggest that she ask someone else!

I have gone here before and I felt like i enjoyed my first experience more than this appointment. I felt that my esthetician did well with my skin but during periods where i had a mask on, she didn't massage my upper body like it had been done to me in the past.

Facial itself was good, but the technician was not very good at massaging my shoulders and neck

I contacted hand and stone after a work issue held me up in my office prior to my appointment. I wanted to reschedule, -!, was told that was fine. Moments later I was told I would have to pay a 50% penalty for the change. I have a membership and have quite a few visits/packages available, I am suprised that a 1 58'e accommodation could not be honored. I reluctantly left work in order to avoid the penalty. My preferred therapist was no longer with the company, but the therapist that gave the treatment was fantastic. I definitely don't regret the treatment, but am still pretty upset about the interactions prior to my arrival.

I love my message therapist Lorna she knows what I want and need. I make a request and she makes sure I am satisfied. Also Sharna does my facials and she is very informative when I have concerns about my face.
