I was very pleased with the service and the skill of the esthetician.

I felt it improved the overall appearance of my skin. My pores appear smaller and a few dark spots are less noticeable. Very satisfied with Hand and Stone experience.

My check in was quick and efficient. The wait time was less than 2 minutes. The room was quiet and clean. There was a bin to keep all my belongings together which made me feel safe. The message therapist knew exactly which areas needed work and pressure release. It was a great experience.

I like that the staff is always friendly when I enter the premise. I like that the premise is very clean. That the therapist pays attention to specific area that we talk about.

The masseuse Michael is professional knowledgeable informative and kind. His spirit is such that the treatment is extremely relaxing and he is an expert at relieving the pain points and tension in my lower back due to sciatica. He is a gem.

The locations in Yonkers and Mamaroneck are always very clean and welcoming. All the staff are professional and courteous. The massage therapist’s and facialist’s I have seen have been very good. The high level of service was maintained even through the pandemic!

Genevieve asked a lot of questions to ensure that she understood my need/desire. Room was very quiet and comfortable.
