The stones were awesome! Back never felt better.

The facility is always very clean (even before pandemic) The receptionists are always warm and helpful. I have seen several therapists, male and female, and they are always attentive and knowledgeable.

Massage therapist is great.

The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and very good. The facilities transport you to a world which is calm and peaceful.

Cierce is wonderful. She is very skilled and loves her job. I only book appointments with her.

All my needs were met. From when I walked in being greeted by Jenny to my therapist Mary who did an amazing job.

The moment I walked in the front desk made feel so relax ( I'm sorry I can't remember her name maybe Jackie if not I apologize). I felt very welcomed , she offered me something to drink and also position the membership and products. Mary was amazing, she hit every muscle the right way. Thank you to both ladies. I will recommend Hand and Stone in Ridge Hill to my friends and family.

The masseuse was fantastic. She was thoughtful, kind and effective. The front desk associate was helpful and thorough at checkout.

The ambiance of the place was very relaxing. La’shawn made me feel very comfortable. She went above and beyond to make my experience great.

I love my massages with Deanna! I don't have enough space or adjectives to describe how amazing this woman is but I know the day she is no longer employed with you is the day I cancel my membership!
