The receptionist knew me by face and name and was expecting me when I walked in. I was therefore greeted with warmth and checked in even before i got round to provide any details. My therapist welcomed me in , asked enough questions to understand my needs, and agreed with me on what she planned on doing and effectively worked on my problems areas to my satisfaction, also offering advice on what i could do on my own at home or in the office. At checkout, the receptionist helped booked my next appointment. Great Experience really

Masseuse was fantastic..felt very relaxed during my appointment. Left feeling fantastic. I always enjoy my massages there & spa is always clean and comfortable. However, I do find that at times it is very difficult to book an appointment, and i have to book far in advance unless i took someones cancellation spot.
