The facility was clean and well kept. The receptionist friendly and efficient. My massage therapists was the best I have had since going to H&S, she combines massage with heat which is just great, she is a keeper.

Price can’t be beat; I can afford monthly treatments. The receptionists are cordial and efficient? Massage therapist worked out kinks in my back I didn’t realize I had- very relaxing and effective.

Reception needs to be more accomadating in answering membership questions and confusion. Some get an attitude or upset .

Marilyn is great! I couldn't be happier. After Joy left and then LaToya I was nervous, but no longer. I am completely satisfied and look forward to my appointments.

The welcome I receive when I arrive is always warm. Gabby is a wonderful Esthetician and I will always request her. Not only does she make me feel beautiful, but I am super relaxed. Her work is amazingly enjoyable and I look forward to seeing her.

It's a welcoming environment, friendly, polite staff. The area is well kept & comfortable. The masseuse is pleasant, calm & strong.
