The therapist made me feel comfortable and was attentive. He worked on my problem areas and made sure the pressure he used was appropriate. I was so happy with my visit that I can't wait to go back!

This was a return visit with the same therapist. She is a good listener, concentrated on problem areas I had described. Latoya has an easy, professional demeanor that fosters relaxation.

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage. It was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and provided us with great customer service. It was our first time getting a massage. We felt great afterwards; we will definitely go back to get another massage!

Lots of privacy and the rooms were clean and pleasant. Massage therapist was very sweet and easy to talk to. Loved the heated table. Massage started about 10 minutes late and I was on a tight schedule so that detracted from some of the post-massage relaxation. I was the first appointment of the day. I am a bit ambivalent about the sign at the front desk suggesting tip amounts. $18- $23 for a $59 service? That is 25-30+%. That certainly cuts into the affordability of a membership.

I love Hand and Stone at this location. The reception area is comfortable and inviting; staff is friendly and accommodating. My massage therapist is fantastic...so knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. I love the total experience here and always look forward to my next appointment.

Had a very new massage therapist who really knew what she was doing. My first time I had a male one who was terrible.
