Good staff, Maddy , Michael and Gloria are wonderful. The only complain I have so far it seems very difficult to book an appointment around my schedule. I work in retail and customer satisfaction is huge in the type of business. You have the right people just need to enhance the customer experience and expectations a little bit at the front desk and ensure that it's not too difficult to book an appointment. Please try to accommodate customers as much as you can go above and beyond, call the customer if something opens up ( e.i. cancellation ) that's all. We need you, I know I need you guys. I will definitely come back without hesitation... keep those staff members I mentioned above they are Amazing!

From booking the appointment to the very last detail of the massage...absolutely Great!!! The staff is great, Harold was the best massage therapist so far (although, everyone I've had so far has been extremely hospitable and pleasant), the cleanliness of the entire place from the reception area to the bathrooms, is impressive and the attention to detail from everyone involved will leave you with a desire to come back as often as possible. I love this place!

I was so happy to get an appointment for a massage within the week of my call. My therapist, MICHEAL, was very knowledgeable. He consistently asked me if the pressure was adequate. He also knew exactly how to help me with specific leg and hip pain. I am so grateful to have my membership. I just visited a beautiful resort in the Dominican Republic but the spa massage price was too steep at $225.00. I chose to wait until I got back home to Hands and Stone to treat myself. I left my session feeling like I was floating on air. The next day, I was able to do strength training and walk 2 miles! I've made my next appointment for a facial and another massage with MICHEAL.

I am fully satisfied with Hand and Stone at Ridge Hill. The receptionists are helpful, accommodating, informative, and cheerful. I always have had Berat for my therapist. He is the most skilled, knowledgeable massage therapist that I have ever had. He is friendly and genuinely a good person. I am so grateful to have found Berat.
