Hand and Stone

I had two services. The person who did the facial was excellent and I would give her a highly satisfied rating. The person who did the massage could have done better.

The massage was average. It was not highly satisfying. There wasn't a facility to hang my clothes.

My favorite therapist Diana left. This isn’t hand and stones fault but I haven’t found a favorite as yet

Anastasia was wonderful and the aroma therapy was definitely worth the add-on.

my massage was good for the first 30 min i dosed off. I has a sinus infection and when i turned over, I mentioned it. The massage therapist talked too much for the last 15 minutes about herself. I like a quiet massage and I felt uncomfortable telling her to be quiet because it was someone who was touching my body. I left feeling aggravated.

There is always room for improvement.

I expect the massage to be more focus on my muscles and more pressure with the stone. However, it wasn’t really like that. It just felt like the stone was touching my skin.

Everyone was friendly. My massage therapist Elijah was professional. I had a good experience. Thank you

Sad that my regular therapist is no longer there

Mostly because it’s difficult to get appointments with people I like at a time that works for my schedule. Overall, I am satisfied.
