Did not offer the services I requested. Not a relaxing, welcoming environment.

I have 9 services to catch up on and as my work hours change from day to day it is very difficult to book in advance and when I try to book a few days ahead everything is booked up and now I have paid for 9 services and I am trying to catch up

Receptionist very knowledgeable

Availability of appointments and no location in my new area which makes it more complicated when booking based on my in town plans.

Rewards points not being able to redeem with products . Might be a good way to try out products

It was not easy to book the appointment. I was hoping to book something within 2 weeks and the soonest appointment available (with a female masseuse) was 4 weeks out. Also - the website had a feature where I could check the amount of money on the gift card I had and this was not working properly.

The treatment recommended burned my skin. I was not happy.

There are limited therapists and limited appointments

The massage overall did not supercede my expectations based on what I am used to at previous spa locations.It felt more like a body rub than an actual massage geared to relieve stress and pressure points.
