I'm a member and we make appointments frequently with my wife, this past last time my wife appt was canceled last minute due to the therapist not showing up, it is highly irresponsible and dishonest, when we cancel last minute we have to pay for the entire message, but all we got was a upgrade, but is not enought.as a customer we live busy lives and we plan ourselves accordingly, now I Understand things happen but I just don't think it was professional to cancel last minute when we both had a appointment at the same time. Not a way to do bussiness, policy should change. We had to cancel her last appointment last time and she paid half of the message. But when this happened a upgrade is not a justified the time and money wasted in our busy live. A free message would of being better. Not happy with the resolution.

Have to wait more than a month for an appt. that works for me

I was very satisfied. Highly satisfied is a very high standard to achieve for anything.

Nothing is perfect. The service on January 19th was good. I previously canceled membership because it was difficult booking appointments for times that were convenient for me.

My appointments for the past two months have been cancelled. Some of its related to staffing issues. However, it’s very hard to get a weekend appointment at this location. I’m always told that the therapists are all booked

One employee in the reception area was wearing her mask under her chin as she was unboxing product. Staff were not socially distanced at all.

The times I want are usually not available. I waited for over 20 minutes to check in because the only receptionist could not figure out the computer for the person before me. Then I was late for my next appointment because the time ran over by 1/2 hour. Not exactly relaxing. I felt ignored and wondered if they had forgotten about me. You have to schedule so long in advance that other appointments come up on the same day.

Difficult making appointments.
