My massage therapist is fantastic and I only see this person after having tried a few people. My second facial was the best of three appointments I have had. No one has really wow-ed me though. My last facial I added an eye brow wax and the job was poorly done. There were noticeable hairs left behind.

First time visit the store, I’m still a little sore. Check up experience.

Waited too long to schedule

Good massage and the therapist was receptive to my feedback. I did not wait too long and the reception was nice. I was happy with my service.

I was not asked my preference for male or female massage therapist, I would have preferred female, I felt uncomfortable asking at last minute. Additionally I would have like to have known if therapist was vaccinated. I’ll ask both of these questions before I book another service

Very Limited availability to schedule my facial and massage on same day but understandable. Recommended products were recently put back in stock for purchase.

I was highly satisfied. Loved it.

It seems as if I didn't get the full 60 minutes

I have a very busy job and have little free time. It is difficult to find a masseuse that I like that fits into my work schedule. Scheduling the appointment is difficult for me based on availability.

No specific reason
