Focus mostly on specified areas to the exclusion of other areas. Would have liked a generalized massage with some focus to problem areas exclusively

Appointment started was scheduled for 1pm for an hour long massage, did not begin until 1:15pm and was done at 2pm. I did not receive the hour massage I paid for.

In the beginning I just had to figure out schedules

Checking out was a disaster ..I was told this was a birthday gift , Staff was not on point with the fact that The cost was going to be removed from Ann Wrynn’s Account .. I was told I had to pay $100.00 then $50.00 After I got Ann on the phone it was $30.00. Why would you not make sure staff knows payment amount and discuss with client .. so after a calm session I wouldn’t need to get aggravated.. makes your staff appear incompetent.. and I walked out saying I would not come back because of this aggravation .. if I did this in my business I would not have a business !!! Look into this and get it handled ..

The massage therapist was nice but talked extremely too much. I was polite and listened but unfortunately, I did not get to relax at all. However, the facial therapist was excellent. She talked to me about what she was going to do and remained quiet throughout and only spoke to check on me as to how I was doing. She then gave me information as to my skin care needs. During my facial, I was extremely relaxed and with this, my overall day was great.

I do not usually rate highly satisfied during my first visit. I will wait and have few sessions to rate any place

This was my first facial experience so I don’t have much to base it off of, but overall it was an ok experience. The esthetician was knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. But the appointment was booked as a group event, we thought we would be going in 2 at a time making our overall time there about 2-3 hours. We all arrived about 10am and didn’t leave til after 2pm. There were 6 of us total when we booked but ended up being just 5 of us that stayed and went through with the service because the wait was so long. The receptionist was a bit unwelcoming.. she made me feel like we were getting a checkup at a local clinic.. she never checked in on us while we sat and waited or assured us that our service provider would be available soon. She did have multiple conversations on her cellphone and disappeared into the back room whenever she was needed. I would like to return and try some of the other services provided but preferably when the wait time in the reception area would be very limited to none at all.

My experience was good. My massage therapist was warm, friendly & knowledgeable. I think front desk should offer all guest fruit/cucumber water or tea that would be a great addition to think about. Thank you
