I was really looking forward to a full hour of massage because I needed it. I felt that the massage was very good. I felt relaxed and energized by the time I got home. I found that my limbs were more flexible and I was able to do things I haven't done quite well in a while. For this reason, I will be returning on a monthly basis.

Asking too many personal information. I did not know what products were given after the mask application. Extractions were very unbearable. Asked a question I found rude and I was uncomfortable.

I have been with Hand and Stone for quiet a few years. I had a few packages that I did not redeem and when asked about it I was giving some story about a old system and a up dated one. Well I seem to have lost about five packages.

I felt the face massage and blackheads removal time was limited. For the price, I expected eyebrows, lip and chin waxed.

I was itchy for a few hours after the massage. Maybe it was the medium. Asked for a scalp add on when booked but it was not added in the tx room.

Been here this month TWICE. I have had Gloria for the facial which I loved because she was very friendly and knowledgeable. As I am writing this, I just left from a massage with DEANNA. She was great. I felt very relaxed. The point of this review... I got charged TWICE on the last day I went for the massage. Once while I was in the spa. Then again 20 minutes after. When I call DEYJAH was very unprofessional. She told me she forgot to charge me for the correct massage so she had to charge me twice. Really??! You charge me twice without my permission... technically, the 2nd time was unauthorized!! I wasn’t even in the spa!! I’m beyond p*ssed! Then she tells me the manager JENNY which is in the next morning will deal with my situation.... this is fraud! You don’t charge people when you feel & for whatever simply because you have access to my card info. I will definitely report this to headquarters. Oh & I will also cancel my “membership”!!
