The rooms are small My therapist did more talking than i would have liked and this didn’t create a relaxing environment. It felt more like a teaching experience which is not what i wanted.

I found the service and care to be excellent. However, the pain issue for the service was not completely resolved. Also, learning the 79.95 price point was for only the first time made me unwilling to book another appointment right away.

The ambience of the spa overall could be more relaxing. Other than that the people and massages are good.

It was my first time in a long time getting facial. I didn't know what to expect when I was told I needed exfoliation, and I kinda expected using a suction machine. I didn’t expect a tough love of my skin being pinched. I wish my estetitian explained to me a bit better before the treatment. In the end, my skin felt soft and even and my pores were less visible, so I was okay with it.

I booked the appointment for a facial and massage together a few weeks prior but when arriving, I asked for services confirmation. Although the appt for my massage was adjusted, the facial was "never booked".

I think adjusting to the restrictions will take some time. I appreciated the cleanliness and safety, but I noticed the absence of some "niceties" that use to happen. Overall, I think the adjustment is smooth (having people call ahead, washing hands) but different from previous spa experience. Still, happy that therapeutic services can continue even with restrictions.

It is extremely difficult to make an appointment. As a member I should be able to schedule an appointment for the following month but all female therapists are booked. This was not an issue pre-pandemic...
