It was freezing in the massage room and unfortunately, the temperature could not be adjusted. Thankfully the massage bed had a heat setting, but it was still very cold in the room.

Wanted to end membership as I have several unused packages. To discontinue membership I was told had to be done via manager, however was busy and would call me within approx 1-2 hrs., a call I have not received as yet. I wanted to do the process in person

I feel like I should not have to pay an extra $10 for a prenatal massage throughout my pregnancy when I already have the membership. This should be included in the cost. Getting pregnant is expensive enough. The masseuse is actually exerting less physical labor in massaging a pregnant woman than one who is not. I can see charging extra for time and upgrades, but not a prenatal massage. Also, if I want to transfer a message to a family member I don’t think I should have to pay an extra $10 to do so. I’ve already paid for the services and plus if my friend really likes the massage then I would encourage them to sign up for a membership. Charging members more doesn’t make sense to me.

I cancelled my membership and was never told I had 90 days to use my service. Yet the receptionist wanted to charge me full price although it had not been 90 days.

Jessie seemed annoyed when it was clear I wasn't getting a membership or any products. She cut the treatment short...50 minutes with 10 minutes of discussion was more like total of 40 minutes. She also washed things in the sink during my session that weren't used in my session...not very relaxing. Her process of cooling off the heated towels was also distracting. May come back but need different person

The therapist did everything I asked. As well as informed me what he was doing before he did it, which was nice because he asked at the beginning of the appointment if I that’s what I wanted
