I was satisfied with my services. Staff was courteous and professional. That is my rating.

The creams used for the massage AND the facial both irritated my skin. My body was itchy and I had hive like bumps in my thighs right after. Before I fell asleep that same night (11pm) my eyes were burning (my facial was at 630 pm) and I had to clean my face twice to get the excess oils off. I awoke the following morning with two white head pimples on my face (which never happened to me after a facial) and lower back pain that I didn't have previously. One MAJOR issue I have and may be the overall reason I may cancel my membership is the constant attempts at the beginning of every session for add ons, upgrades and pressure to always spend more money. Since I am a regular I do notice this pattern and it's very annoying.

The facial/massage should be 60 mins, however it's really ONLY 50 mins they spend with us, why?! I am paying for 60 mins and expect 60 mins worth my money.

I did not receive a call the night before to confirm. I am usually asked what area I wanted to have concentrated on. This time, with longer session, I was not.

This massage was very good. These questions do not offer the opportunity to express my opinion clearly. The booking of appts has been challenging. The reception area is fine. As it relates to this specific appt I was not there long enlighten to 'inspect' s thta question cannot really be answered.. no real welcome on arrival, very basic checkin. The girl helping when completel and checking out was more than helpful. I have. A lot of feedback AMS would be happy to discuss personally, not via this survey

Massage therapist talked incessantly. This took away from overall relaxation factor.

After adding in the facial upgrade and the product that I bought, the experience seemed a little pricey. However, Tori was lovely, friendly and a soothing esthetician. It was a good experience until it was time to pay the bill.

I did not understand the pricing structure. It wasn't explained to me what went into a full body massage. I was unsure how to keep time during my massage. for example, does the 60 minutes start as soon as I enter the massage room or once the therapist begins the massage.

I was extremely pleased with my facial. Gloria, the associate who did my facial was very thorough. From her assessment of my skin condition and her knowledge of what i could do to get better results was wonderful. Because of her, I decided to get the membership. My massage however was not as great as i expected it would be. My massage therapist was very courteous and friendly, however, her massage unfortunately was lacking. I felt she missed several key areas.

It was a very pleasant massage, but l tend to reserve Highly Satisfied ratings for the truly exceptional. A "Satisfied" rating is already very positive. It doesn't imply any disappointment with the session.
