The massage therapist did not realize their sweat was dripping on me during the massage. The massage technique wasn't as good as other massage therapist I've been treated by in Hand and Stone. Very Basic. I think the therapist was a beginner which is ok. I wasn't upset. Very kind person.

My appointment was scheduled for 4pm I arrived at 4:02pm at which time the receptionist said I was checked in. The therapist came out around 4:15pm asking if her appointment was a no show and the receptionist informed her that I was checked in earlier. The therapist was very nice but did not apply enough pressure and never asked me if the pressure was appropriate. I would visit Hand &Stone again but just another therapist.

Because I think the massage person took almost all the time in neck area and it was painful to some extent and three days later my shoulders are still hurting I think he used to much pressure

The waiting area needed someone to assist while people wait and have treats for people. The waiting area was too small for the people there. I believe the service should start exactly on time. And not sure tissue for the facial it should be more of a cloth or better quality tissue.

Tori was great; however, the music did not come on until about 10-15 minutes into facial. Reception area was almost a little too pushy regarding membership.

Although there is a sign noting that the reception area is a quiet space, I have experienced a couple of guests having very loud conversations on their phone. I believe the staff has the authority to respectfully remind those guests that the area is a quiet space, and to please not have a loud conversation while in the reception area. It is hard to keep relaxed or comfortably transition from the massage to outdoors when you're immediately met with a extremely loud conversation in a small space. Thanks.

massage wasn't what I expected - I told therapist I wanted/needed deep pressure - receive light pressure.
