Hand and Stone

Although my skin did appear brighter than it usually does. I am experiencing a little irritation now. The esthetician was very friendly and informative, however, I am having a little skin breakout. I’ll still come back so I can try again and at least let esthetician know my experience as she was very informative and great with answering my questions

I'm very satisfied with the service at hand and stone.

The noise level was horrible never saw the sign indicating you needed to wear ear plugs ruined the massage experience. Also appointments are hard to get!

Therapist is very professional and effective. I have felt the difference as far as muscle tightness and stiffness being relieved.

Massages are ok, not great

I was not unhappy with my experience but "Highly Satisfied" overall to me means something exceptional - set apart from other spa experiences. This is a very nice and convenient experience, but I don't feel it outdoes a day spa

Very knowledgeable and sharp techniques. I have sensitive skin and with Gloria I do not walk out looking like my face has been tampered.

I expected a harder deep tissue massage, but I didn’t voice a preference, so I can’t really complain. And the peppermint product for the scalp massage wasn’t available/in stock. No biggie, I’m sure it’ll be a available next time 😉

I made it clear that my nose needed to be cleared. I left with many pores s clogged. I would have rather less massage and creams applied for my concern to have been better addressed
