Receptionist forgot to give me the new member form until the end when my appointment time was approaching, despite me arriving 40 minutes early, so I felt rushed unecessarily.

Deep tissue massage relieved a good amount of pain and tension and strain. It wasn’t relaxing, but that’s not what I came for. I wanted the pain to be gone, and the deep tissue massage definitely helped.

I was highly satisfied with everything. The only reason why I was not highly satisfied in some areas were purely due to my personal wants. I would love to have moved from the bed to a more quite, private area before returning back to the bright lobby waiting area.

I am still meeting the staff memebers and can’t say I have tried all the massage therapists; therefore, not sure if I have identified the ideal therapist yet. Need more time to further assess.

I did a Brazilian wax which was not done properly. I have to make another appointment to correct it.

For the majority of the categories I indicated that I was highly satisfied with the services. The only reason I indicated satisfied rather than highly satisfied is due to the lack of availability for a massage after my facial. However, this was completely understandable since it was Christmas Eve (December 24).

Would have liked a private waiting room separate from the reception area in order to relax while I wait especially if I am early.

The pressure for the upsales at the end of the appointment was a bit uncomfortable. I felt the aesthetician was pushing me into future services and products in a slightly forced way. I understand the need for them to upsell but I don't want to be made to feel guilty if I choose not to.
