I really “Can’t “ say I’m not Highly Satisfied. I answered The questions truthfully. I have been a member for awhile now and really can’t schedule massages when convenient for me. It’s not the locations total fault. I have to admit, since the new owners took over a lot more options are available. Now I just need to use my backed up massages. Which I plan to do during the Holidays.

I was not able to use two session for a peel they said no ,they said the other was for a massage that they cancelled, and once I go pay up front I used both sessions and was not able to use it for the peel. Waste of money

I asked my therapist to use more pressure. She did not. I got on the table at 2:10pm. She left the room at 2:57, leaving my massage 3 minutes short. She spent several minutes wiping oil off of my legs and arms rather than actually massaging. I feel that I did not receive a 50 minute massage. It was more like 42-43 minutes of light touching.

It’s very good I would like more discounts especially for membership members to experience all the services they have and add on for a better place.

not seeing great results from continuous visits and products recommended. original esthetician switched schedules and no longer fits my needs. called once and got a very rude rep.

I felt a bit rushed getting into the massage room and finishing exactly at 6 PM. The LMT told me we had "plenty of time". There was nothing wrong with the actual massage or H&S.

Facial ending before service time and there was a clear moment during facial massage were esthetician stop for a brief period to still wait for mask time to come off. I feeling that when adding services like the hot towel wrap or microdermabrasion or anything that requires time to complete it should add time to service because the client loses something from what they originally paid for in the basic service.

I was very satisfied but left with a slightly hot feeling on my skin after the treatment. I mentioned it to the woman doing the facial and she offered to try to wipe my face again but it was ok. Feeling dissipated after an hour or so. I was just a little worried I might have had a reaction. All turned out ok

The only reason I stated that I wasn't highly satisfied is if it somewhat/partially applied to me. For example:my skin didn't feel or look much better after the facial because I already have GREAT skin ;) However, the experience was VERY relaxing and I will definitely return again.

Sometimes I feel the enhancements arent worth it. If blue light is an additional $40 mins but used for a minute. Same with the microdermabrasion treatment.
