There are no ill reasons for not being highly satisfied. There are small personal preferences that I would not press upon any one else.

I feel that a lot of the staff is new to the business. And just needs to have a little more experience. But overall it’s a good value.

I experienced soreness after my massage. I probably should have mentioned to the therapist that the pressure was too hard. However, she was excellent in her techniques.

I was scheduled for a massage and facial. The massage was cancelled when I arrived. It would have been nice to know ahead of time to be able to reschedule the entire visit instead of waiting for my facial

I have been to this location 3 times and I think that there is always room for improvement with any service. AT this time I feel that satisfaction is the best that I can speak of since I have not visited many of your locations. I feel great when arriving and leaving!!

I really like my massage therapist. She is very attentive to my needs for massage and problem areas. She is friendly and really focuses on helping me get relief for the muscle tension and neck issues that I've experienced.

Although the availability for appointments were not really an issue, there should be more availabilities for couples massages

Same-day booking is usually never available.

went in feeling tired and overwhelmed ,came out feeling more relaxed, it was all good.

It is very hard to get an appointment that fit my schedule. Marilyn is excellent...
