Hand and Stone

I enjoyed the facial - my face feels fresh and t received a mini neck massage during the facial, which was very relaxing. I liked the upgrade service my esthetician recommended. My only complaint is that sometimes I have received a short massage on my hands - mostly application of lotion rubbed in - and that did not happen. It hasn't been consistent when I get facials so I don't know if this is something that is part of the facial or just a particular person.

I was taken right in for my appointment. The vibe of the room was very relaxing. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job I left feeling beyond relaxed!

I feel the staff and facility to be very professionally. When I first came to the facility I was under the impression the massage was an hour I have since learned that time is 50 minutes.

It was so easy to book my appointment on line and choose a preferred masseuse. I had recently had a pacemaker implant and was rather nervous , Jen new how to handle the situation and explained how she would work around it. Checked frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely will be back and request her.

Staff is friendly and professional. Place is always clean and atmosphere is peaceful. The facials and massages I received were excellent!
