I tried to call to change my appointment and I kept getting the automatic text which isn’t always convenient for me. I’m on the road a lot I would rather talk to someone when I have a problem or scheduling issue . The receptionist did call back.

I booked my appointment on the mobile site but wanted to talk to someone about the discount email. I called and left a message and was happy that I received a call back. She checked my appointment and said she would take care of the discount. I went in for a facial and was happy with the results. My face looked so clean and brighter. Thank you.

I live out of state so I can’t revisit this location. I had such a great experience that I became a member and have multiple options for locations.
