I was welcomed right when I walked in and offered a beverage. The waiting room was very clean and inviting. I really enjoyed the ambiance of Hand and Stone. The aesthetician, Lisa, was extremely friendly and helpful. She was great to talk to, but still focused on what she could do for my skin. I didn’t feel pressured into buying their products at the end of the visit. Overall a great experience, which is why I became a member and will be returning for a massage next month!

The therapist was friendly and respectful. From the moment she began the massage, she allowed relaxation to take over. She hit every part and I left there with zero pain. She was excellent.

Heather was great! This was the best facial I’ve ever had! She made it very relaxing ! I would highly recommend her and this spa . My skin feels amazing .

Reception was clean and I was greeted immediately after the woman at the desk got off the phone. Check in was easy and I was offered and opportunity to look over the adds but decided to pass this time (next time definitely doing it). I can’t remember the name of the associate who did my hot stone massage but he was amazing and I’ll definitely be calling to get his name to book with him again. I’m also excited for the membership I signed up for!
