Therapists are amazing. Administrative staff are not well trained and have made unacceptable and unprofessional errors in handling gift cards purchased and distributed. Managers should be empowered to correct those mistakes and willing to make the customer and potential member feel properly compensated rather than feel they were unfairly treated ruining the experience that a spa should be striving to provide.

The reason I keep my membership and keep coming back is because of my aesthetician Madeleine. She’s professional. She understands my skin I even send my daughter to her.
