The overall experience is great!!! However, I do want to bring something up. My original appointment was with Andrea for April 7th. I got a voicemail and text on April 6th stating that she is sick and to reschedule for another day which I did. I specifically asked to call me and let me know if she will not be available and was told I will get a confirmation appointment call on Saturday, April 8 since Sunday, April 9 is Easter and location will be closed. I said if she will not be available I will reschedule for another day. I got no call. Monday, April 10th I got a confirmation text about my appointment. I came to the location, checked in, but to my surprise it was a different therapist. Her name was Adrianne, not Andrea. She was very good and I was pleased with my prenatal massage. When I checked out I asked the girls at the reception if Andrea still sick because appointment was with her originally. They said yes, she is sick that’s why I had another therapist. I do not appreciate this bait and switch tactic with therapist especially if I specifically asked over the phone to let me know if Andrea is still sick, I would have rescheduled. I come in twice a month for massage and a facial for almost 2 years at this location. In last 4 month 3 of my appointments were cancelled on the day of the appointment even though they were confirmed via text. And it’s always right before any big holiday.

I truly love the ability to book last minute and always have availability options as my nature of work makes it nearly impossible to plan appointments in advance. Regardless of which employee I am assigned I always leave happy. And the monthly promotions and discounts on various products and services make it easy to always try new things!

Everything is so well managed. Check in is easy. Wait time is very brief. Therapists are knowledgeable, skilled, & professional. Checkout is also easy. Appreciate the multiple locations. Have been to 2 in Florida & 2 in Texas.

Everything was great about the massage. The pink Himalayan hot stones helped give me relief were I needed it.

The reception room and massage room were very soothing. The masseuse did a great job at releasing the tension from certain areas where I needed release from.

I have been to several different therapists and they have all been excellent. The spa is kept very clean and comfortable. I feel I get value for My monthly membership
