Everyone was pleasant and professional. My esthetician was knowledgeable and friendly. I saw noticeable improvement in my skin after my appointment.

I have been a member for over 3 years I don’t like that the membership increase, I should have been grandfathered in, also don’t like that every time I get used to a therapist they leave or get let go- does not look too good

The professionalism and the warm greeting of the staff. The timely manner of my appointment. The ambiance was a very soothing and relaxed atmosphere. Finally, when you leave there, you are very refreshed.My massage therapist he was Fantastic! Thank you!

Getting a message is very important to me. It works out all of my tight muscle and really helps me feel better. McKenzies does a great job as massage therapist and I plan to continue getting messages from him.

I am so glad for the rejuvenating mini spa Madeleine provided me. I can’t wait for the next one. Although I will not be able to be taken care of by Madeleine who was angel, I hope as I return home to Pennsylvania I will find an esthetician as professional and knowledgeable as Madeleine.
