The name of my esthetician is Ana. She is absolutely the best the best the best. I love my experience every time I have my facial with her. I have recommended the place to some friends. Is a time that O look forward to enjoy every month. Ana has blessed hands and all her recommendations are the best. I trust in her with every treatment. Definitely is the best experience with the best esthetician. Very profesional atmosphere and place. Spotless and the kindness of the personal is what you need to have the best experience.

Excellent service and accommodating attitude. Current membership is a reasonable value. Not sure I will continue when the prices are raised. Probably not.

I bought the 3 gift cards with the one free service No one advised that the card expire in a year With the Virus and lockdowns we could not use this service I was told call the Corp office and they will help me They do not return my calls at all I am out one massage and I already bought this years Black Friday Special and not happy that yo will not honor this gift card from last year The card expired just 3 days ago Poor decision on your part

Ariel is the best, hands down. She always makes me feel comfortable and my experience pleasant. The staff is always the reason I return to Hand and Stone again and again. A great group of people and I find the music so relaxing.

Although my therapist was great I was disappointed not to have who I normally see. I was told she wasn’t available and she was once I arrived. I was put on the waiting list and now one called me in 6 days.
