I have been a member there for over a year, everyone I have encountered there are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had a few different massage therapists before I was scheduled with Alexandria, she is amazing! Every time I go in she reviews what has changed or not since my last visit because of procedures I had scheduled. She asks what areas I feel I need worked on and how much pressure I would like. One trip a month to see her works better than 3 trips a week for a month to a physical therapist and costs me a lot less.

I had an amazing first appointment! Receptionist were very welcoming and pleasant. Wait was not long at all, waiting area was very clean and comfy. Steven was my massage therapist and he was absolutely AMAZING. I was so satisfied I signed up for a membership, so excited for my next appointment.

Kat was awesome. She was highly knowledgeable and targeted specific area on my back. She gave great recommendations and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The front desk staff (missed their names) were also great!

Missy is the best !!! There were no issues w the receptionist’s knowledge of services, I must have made a mistake and wasn’t able to correct the rating

Ryan was professional. I explained that I prefer firm pressure prior to beginning and he understood the assignment. I stated my problem areas were my neck and shoulders. He used the hot stones more than what I am accustomed to and it was worth it. I have my next 3 appts booked with him.

I got everything I asked for to relax and relieve tension in my shoulders. Therapist was very knowledgeable and courteous. Front desk receptionist was very friendly.

Camille is the best at the Lancaster location to go to for facials. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. The environment is always clean and welcoming!

Gina was an excellent massage therapist.

It had been several years since my last facial. Missy made me feel comfortable in getting back into facials. She did a fantastic job in facial and the extractions.
