My experience was 100% satisfactory - Starting with my welcoming greeting by the front desk, then feeling extremely comfortable with my massage therapist. I was able to get the results that I needed, as my neck, shoulders, and back were all in severe pain and have been causing me to have debilitating tension headaches.

The only thing that has been unclear to me is some massages I am surcharged for “deep tissue” when that is not something I am asked if I wanted before my visit . I never know if my massage will be a deep tissue or not until I am paying. I’d prefer a choice

Alexandra always asks specific at the beginning of appointment. She remembers information we talk about, both regarding the massage and in every day experience. By the time I leave I am much more relaxed from the conversation and relaxed from the massage.

Chelsea is so skilled, kind and receptive. Always finds those sore spots and works to relieve my pain. Always makes each experience unique based on my needs and aches it isn’t just the same thing over and over again.
