The receptionists greeted me with smiles and were helpful and knowledgeable with check in. Andrea too greeted me with a smile and was very warm and forth coming. During my facial she was experienced and familiar with the products being used. I have some rosacea and enjoy the cold stone process that was originally introduced to me by Camille. After my facial Andrea pulled the Dermalogica products I needed while she waited for me in the reception area. The ambiance was very relaxing during the entire appointment and I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent there.
