Missy does an amazing job I always feel fantastic after every visit.

I have been going to this particular Hand & Stone since the beginning of the year, and Ryan has been my massage therapist since the beginning. He is a kind, fun, and easy going guy. I have really enjoyed each of my visits not only to have a great massage but to have a kindred soul to talk to about our similar interests. He is always ensuring comfort levels and sets an air of ease. The front desk staff are also wonderful! Each of the girls who help check me in and out each visit are always friendly, smiling, and easy going! I am going to miss coming here, as we are moving to Virginia and the area sadly does not have a spa withing a reasonable distance. (If you could have a spa in Lynchburg, VA that would be fantastic!)

Everything was great as stated in the survey. Massage therapist was concerned about using the hot stones on my back because I have a transmitter in my back.

My experience was extremely positive from start to finish. Missy did a great job with my facial and made me feel very comfortable as well!

The location of the facility is very easy to get to and convenient. Every staff member I had contact with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean and the atmosphere very relaxing.
