The therapist listened to my needs and delivered. It was one of the best massages I have ever had.

I wish the booking of appointments would go smoother. An online option would be appreciated since I left messages (since they could not pick up my call) and I did not receive a phone call back in two instnaces. The manager is great, however, I am dissapointed in the other staff that works the front desk. Making appointments online would make this much easier.

Therapist was very knowledgeable; massage was just the right pressure and focused on the areas I requested.

The massage therapist I've been seeing is outstanding. I always make my appointment with her. I'm very comfortable with her and with everyone I've encountered at Hand & Stone, and will continue going there every other week. Wish I could afford to go every week!

The only constructive feedback is that once I find someone that is great at the PT type of massage I need on certain areas - - - it seems they come and go or you can't book the next appointment as "there schedule isn't available yet"

The atmosphere was great,the esthetician Jessica Le was amazing,had the best hands and professional manurism. I will definitely come again it was the single most relaxing experience I have had yet.

I feel it is a great value. I am always satisfied with the service. Spa is clean and attractive. Appreciate the Covid precautions.

The Madison H&S is always so clean & tidy, from reception area to client rooms to bathroom. Their enhanced "pandemic" procedures seem to be followed, positively, cheerfully & "automatically" by all staff & visitors, without apology, which I appreciate. Their staff is knowledgeable & skilled and always review notes from previous visits. I have sensitive skin & their products work well.

Comfortable atmosphere, personal service was great.
