Everything was great. My only problem is with the way the answers are worded. "Satisfaction" does not come in degrees; you are either satisfied or disatisfied. I blame it on Catholic school.

The clinic has done a great job of making clients feel safe. My therapist had a face shield, but no face mask underneath. It was my understanding that BOTH would be utilized during the session. I put on a face mask when lying on my back. No face mask during face cradle time. The intake in the lobby and exit was fine, no one else was in the room waiting. Texting when you arrive is a good procedure. Masks are important when used in conjunction with face shields. Thanks for opening up again. I missed the services.

As soon as I heard they were open again I reached out and Jenny got back to me ASAP. The check in process was smooth and the service was perfect.
