I hadn't been able to schedule an appointment in months, because I was wrapping up work and having my second child. (No fault of H&S; I just hadn't been making appointments. I had great prenatal appointments as well.) When I stopped in, Jennie was great! She was quick to tell me how many credits I had on my membership, and get me booked and back on Brittany's schedule quickly. The following day, Brittany was super understanding. She was really thorough about how I had been moving my body, holding the baby, and suggested some work I wouldn't have known to ask for. And, by sheer accident in our conversation, made me feel more comfortable about how my birth experience and aftermath had gone. she got me to calm down and unwind for the first time since the baby came. I wish I had done this with my first pregnancy, and I'm looking forward to getting back in the habit of regular visits!
