Appt was on time. Massage therapist was very friendly and professional. It was a good massage.

Elizabeth is amazing and that's 100% why I continue to go here. The only process that's somewhat painful is if I can't schedule during the time when I'm leaving is it can take 4-6 hours for someone to call you back or no option to schedule a time online or through a comment section.

Brittany does an excellent job! I have dealt with chronic back pain for many years and have been improving since seeing Brittany. I have less pain and more mobility. She is a very gifted massage therapist!!

I always feel very relaxed and comfortable during and after the massage. My therapist , Jarrod, is very knowledgeable in what I need in a massage session, not just slabbering the cream on my body , he works the muscle in whatever the need @ that point is. Rosemarie

Every experience I have had at Hand and Stone has been wonderful. The only issue I have come across is last minute cancellations on the staffs part. Besides being inconvenienced by having plans canceled, nothing else has been bad at all. Even the rescheduling when there is a last minute cancellation is great.

My massage therapist was wonderful and was able to help alleviate some pain I’ve been having in my wrist & my shoulder blade. She’s very knowledgeable and uses the perfect amount of pressure to leave me feeling great!

I had a good experience. I didn’t realize when asked if I wanted the collage treatment that it was an additional cost. My husband was charged the 59 dollar price. I feel that is the only time I can afford it. I thought it used to be 49 dollars. A facial is a luxury for me and I can’t commit to the once a month club. I am always on the look out for a coupon. The atmosphere and staff is very nice.
