Alex, the new Salon Manager, has really 'turned this salon around'. I was not sure if I would continue my membership until he came on board! Love Judy and Brenda! the best!

I felt like the therapist listened to me before the session and focused on the areas we discussed to help me with relaxing.

Best facial ever Massaging face and neck and shoulders was so relaxing

This was my second appointment since a bad experience. My appointment time had to be rescheduled, but still worked for me. I felt the receptionist wasn't completely ready for me when I approached the desk.

Elizabeth was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the various techniques she applied during my time with her. I liked her personality!

Hand and Stone has always been very consistent in the experience that was offered. I've gotten peels and facials and I am satisfied with both. I do wish that the peel sessions could also incorporate the spa/relaxing feel and quality of the facial.

Pleasant and relaxing experience. Receptionist was prompt in acknowledging me. Massage therapist was excellent and professional.

I'm on SS disability so the discount allows me to utilize your service. A senior/disability (I'm a cancer survivor/Rheumatoid Arthritis guy) discount would allow me to drop in more often Adrienne is exceptional at her job. The only downside is that I live in New Glarus.
