It was easy to book an appointment. I like the clear options provided for massages and upgrades. The massage therapist was friendly and I enjoyed my massage.

I had a gift certificate for a facial. When I called I told the receptionist that. She said I had to give my credit card to hold the appt. I said my accountant will not allow me to give my credit card number over the phone because my account was hacked once. She said she would take the appointment but if someone else wanted the spot they would give it away and she would call me. When I went to have my appt. the next day there was no record of it. The receptionist on duty was embarrassed and apologetic and was able to get Margaret to come in. I loved Margaret and the rest of my visit was very pleasant. The facial was nice and I would come back but I can't afford to come every month.

I've never had a facial before. It was a gift and I really enjoyed it. I felt so relaxed afterwards and my skin felt wonderful.

My therapist was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I appreciated that he seemed to really care about my experience. The owner was very cheery and helpful. I can't afford a membership and understand that they are probably set up to get members and sell that aspect after the service, unfortunately I can't afford it but greatly enjoyed my experience there.
