The people have ALWAYS been friendly and cheerful. My therapists have been knowledgeable and very accommodating and it's just a very pleasant experience each time. I love the add-on options, too. Aromatherapy or hot stones are my favorites.

Cassandra on the west side of Madison was awesome! The receptionist was very friendly and willing to help.

My massage therapist that I saw (Heather) really worked out my trouble spots. It was so great, she was phenomenal. And when booking my next appointment, the receptionist was so accommodating that she actually switched her own personal massage appointment to a different time so that I could have her scheduled time!

Clean, comfortable, courteous and good value. Heather's deep tissue massages are terrific and she works hard to address specific problem areas thoroughly.

This was hands down....the best massage I have ever had. Aaron was just INCREDIBLE. He was so good communicating with me what techiques he was using and why....and was very attentive to my needs during the massage. I really cannot cat enough about how wonderful he is. I have already referred three people to him. Such a great asset to the Madison location.

I love Hand and Stone. Everyone is always helpful. Sean my new therapist is excellent. He works on my problem areas and makes the not hurt as bad. He also helps with using more of a sports medicine message. He is also very sociable which I also like. So glad he has decided to join the team.
