Very nice lobby. Therapists were nice and receptionst. I did not like the cold stone therapy. It felt like cold greasy rocks on my face. But the massage itself was great.

So very thankful I was introduced to Hand & Stone by Liz Henry. One of, if not the best massages I've ever had (I get them monthly typically). Heather (I think that name is correct) was very knowledgeable, catered to my massage needs and did an excellent job on all three services provided. I will definitely be back and only wish Heather was on the east side of Madison : ) I do think the hot towels could be cooled a bit, I like the hot but some people may not. That's my only suggestion. From reception to departure I was very pleased. Thank you!!!
